A monumentus first!!
It's Awesome!!! Rhys gave me his first smile yesterday!!! I've seen him smile before, but he's not conscious when he does it. But yesterday, we were sitting there, I was smiling at him, and he gave me the cutest toothless smile you've ever seen in your life!! Probably the most amazing thing I've ever seen. It's amazing how exciting a smile can be once you become a mom. Life is good.

Isnt it amazing how your babies smile is so exciting your body cant contain the joy and you want to explode? Its your babies first communication saying Mom, your swell, and doing a great job!
Aren't first smiles cute! Just wait until they have random little tiny baby teeth in there and they give you Sponge Bob looking smiles. So cute!
Eves, when are you moving??? If I heard the right rumor, you are coming to our barbecue this weekend. I hope it's true and I hope we aren't too tired to have some fun!
I was thinking (we'll see what actually happens after the move and all) that it would be fun to come visit in D.C. over the 4th of July. We could get a hotel if it's too squishy at your place. Anyway, just a thought.
